How to Use
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before using, except the pump and tube.
- Take it from the fridge and connect the tube to the ON/OFF switch.
- Strap the wrap in place using the velcro straps
- Make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position.
- Squeeze the pump approx 5-8 times to create compression on the joint. Do not over pump the compression wrap, as this will overcompress the joint, and may pull the wrap off your wrist.
- Put the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. You may now remove the tube and pump if you desire.
- The manufacturer recommends no more than 5-10 minutes compression at any one time. The ideal would be 5-10 minutes compression, then 5-10 minutes no compression. You can keep the compression wrap on, just turn the switch to ON to release the air.
- When finished release the air, and put back into the fridge for next time.
