As much as we love our sport, many sports subject our feet to great stress. For every kilometer you run, your foot strikes the ground at a force equal to eight times your body weight. And what absorbs that extra shock? Our feet do, of course.
Sudden stops and starts, or changes in direction place more stress on the foot and shoe, increasing the risk of injury. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of our feet, injuries are common.

Wearing in Sports Orthotics
It may take a few days for your feet to become accustomed to the orthotics. We suggest that you initially wear your sports orthotic for walking. And then gradually introduce the orthotics into your training program.
