Cold therapy is a really useful way of reducing swelling and inflammation. This can be for treating sports injuries or arthritis related inflammation (itis) of the joint (arthr). Some of the types of arthritis which are associated with inflammation include, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, tendonitis , bursitis and polymyalgia rheumatica.
As a hot and warming pack it contains a state of the art gel which provides soothing even warmth for extended periods of time. Used to treat sprains, strains, spasms and contusions, a hot pack can also reduce aches and pains. Economical and easy to use, it can be can be used over and over again.

Instructions:
For cold therapy place the hot/cold pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours before use. Cold treatment should last approx 40 minutes.
For hot treatment, simply microwave the hot pack for 1 minute on high. Check the temperature and microwave for 1 more minute if required. Heat treatment should last approx 40 minutes.
Caution:
Do not over heat the gel
