The NeckMagic™ adjustable multi-level therapy device was designed in a cooperative effort between a leading physical therapist and medical manufacturing engineers. The specific intent is to help stretch tight neck muscles, relieving tension and pain.
Your NeckMagic therapy device comes fully assembled, with soft neck and head rest pads for added comfort. Both the head and neck rests are adjustable to four different positions.
- Easy to use – just lie down and relax!
- Improve posture due to tight muscles!
- Adjustable to 16 different positions for optimum comfort and results!
- Designed by a leading Physical Therapist and medical manufacturing engineers.
Using the Neck Magic
To use, set the NeckMagic at the beginning position, and place the NeckMagic on the floor, treatment table, or comfortable supporting surface, and slowly lower yourself so your head makes contact with the head rest and your neck contacts the neck support.
Now, just relax as much as possible. 5 minutes is recommended, but if you begin to become uncomfortable, stop and over time, try to work your way up to five minutes. It is recommended that you do this twice per day. The User’s Guide provides specific guidelines for how and when to adjust the head and neck rest positions to progress to more advanced levels. As you progress, you strive to find a level that is comfortable but also provides a slight stretch.
When you’re done, sit up and rest a few minutes before standing up.
