All items purchased with a Bad Backs Gift certificate are subject to the same generous money-back guarantee and returns policy as our regular direct Store purchases. This means that if your loved one gets their size wrong, or they change their mind, it is easy to exchange it or have a refund provided - all we ask is that the goods are returned in a reasonable, as-new condition.
Delivery:
We will post the Gift Certificate to the address shown in the Delivery Address details. Alternatively it can be sent to the recipient or purchaser via email, please simply let us know what you would prefer in the Delivery Options information on your Order Confirmation page.
Please note that:
- Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Each Gift certificate is assigned a unique Gift code that is valid for one usage only.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other special offers.
- Gift certificates can only apply to Bad Backs available product range and purchases.
- Your credit card will be charged the amount of the gift certificate you choose at the time of purchase.
- Recipients will use a special offer code provided on the gift certificate to redeem their gift item.
- If the gift recipients order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, they must pay for the balance with a credit card.
- Bad Backs are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
