A Bad Backs favourite, this ergonomic swivel style kneeling posture chair is a super design. Made to last, its functionality and comfort are ideal for correct postural sitting.
The backrest can be adjusted up or down for a custom fit, and the chair height itself is adjustable using a gas lift mechanism. The knee pad includes a premium moulded foam for a luxury feel and extra support, and also now available is a super comfortable memory or visco foam version, with memory foam in the knee and seat pads for that extra bit of luxury !
This kneeling chair helps ease your hips into a forward tilt position, encouraging an upright posture that correctly aligns your back, shoulders and neck. A concept originally designed in the 1970's, this style of ergonomic kneeling chair is really making a comeback, and its popularity continues to grow.
Kneeling chairs are a super sitting alternative for people with lower lumbar, sciatic and hip problems. They are also ideal for people have anal fistula problems, a really painful problem exacerbated by traditional sitting positions.

Useful Tip:
When assembling your chair, rub or spray a little bit of an oil based lubricant like WD-40 around the top and bottom of the chair cylinder before you add the seat and star base. It will make taking the chair apart much easier !
