The DynAir XXL has one side with a classic smooth finish, and the other with soft Senso knobs for extra stimulation of the foot reflex zones.
The large diameter of the DynAir XXL facilitates excellent hip and balance training, allowing an individual to work and train in the correct axes, so improving stability of the joints, balance and coordination. The height and comfortable smooth material also allows for specific training of the body's muscles in a face down and dorsal position.
This black level provides some really serious sensorimotor training for top athletes, and is an excellent aid to core stability training programs at a professional level.
