A brand new product from TOGU in Germany, this DynAir XXL Meditation cushion was designed specifically for those of us who need to sit for longer periods of time while meditating. Traditional chair designs and hard floors are frequently not applicable to the meditator as he or she finds extreme discomfort when sitting for long periods.
Meditators regularly experience some degree of discomfort when sitting in various positions, and this becomes a very notable distraction when meditating. Our minds tend to wander off the calm focus that we should be experiencing, and all of us were taught that a healthy aligned spine is critical to experiencing proper energy flow throughout the body.
You can use your TOGU Meditation Cushion for numerous meditation positions, however sitting upright on the cushion allows the pelvis to tilt slightly forward, aligning the spine at its very base, creating a natural curvature in the lumbar and cervical region.
You should be able to sit in perfect comfort for very long periods of time, but more importantly your meditation time will not be distracted by your body.
The DynAir XXL has one side with a classic smooth finish, and the other with soft Senso knobs for extra stimulation of the foot reflex zones.
The large diameter of the DynAir XXL facilitates excellent hip and balance, improving stability of the joints.
Includes its own manual hand pump for individual pressure regulation, and a decorative box.
