Unlike our other braces the Ergo+ does not have any straps going around your tummy area, which some people find more comfortable. Posture supports encourage an upright stance and also remind you to think about the way you stand, sit and work. Made on simple neoprene is comfortable and simple to use.

How to Use:
- Simply unpack your new Ergo+ posture corrector and place the velcro straps through the buckles
- Place each arm through the loops (just like you are putting on a backpack)
- Place your posture corrector over your shoulder and grabs both straps in your hand
- Tilt your shoulders back slightly and adjust the length of the staps to your shape and size
- You should feel a gentle pull on your shoulders pulling them backwards.
- Dont make it too tight as it will be uncomfortable under your arms
Care Instructions:
- Do not wash on a high temperature to prevent damaging the neoprene fiber.
- Do not bleach.
- Hand wash only.
- Hang dry, do not tumble dry.
