CREATE A SINGLE USER / MULTI-USER BUSINESS ACCOUNT


USE YOUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT TO TRACK ORDERS ACROSS YOUR ORGANISATION, RECEIVE SPECIAL B2B OFFERS AND CREATE A MULTI-USER ACCOUNT FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

To set up a Bad Backs business account, follow the below steps:

  • Go to the "Create Account" page and create an admin account for your business by providing your personal information. It is recommended that someone in your organization who will oversee and manage user permissions for purchasing handles this process.

  • Once the admin account has been created, select the "Company Account" link.

  • Complete the necessary information to create a company account and submit it for approval.

  • We will review your request and, upon approval, you will be able to set up authorized user access and review order history.

  • Please note that setting up a business account does not guarantee approval for credit facilities.


    STEP 1 - CREATE SINGLE USER ACCOUNT.



    STEP 2 - LOG INTO YOUR NEWLY CREATED SINGLE USER ACCOUNT AND THEN CREATE YOUR BUSINESS/MULTI USER ACCOUNT.


    STEP 3 - PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR BUSINESS DETAILS AND SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL.


    Once approved you will have access to multiple user management and order tracking/history, in one consolidated business account.
