Simple and effective pressure relief for corns from Dr Jill's. The soft pad cushions your corns with every step. Ideal for the tops and sides of your toes, as the centre hole when placed over the corn creates a barrier to reduce pressure from shoes and transfers discomfort away from the corn.
What is a Corn?
A corn is pathologically the same as a callus. It is a build up of dead skin cells that harden and thicken on some part of the foot, and is usually a defence mechanism by the foot to protect itself from excessive pressure or friction.
Corns usually develop when the pressure becomes really concentrated in one small area, and they are sometimes called "hard" corns, which become really painful. Soft corns usually develop between the toes and are often caused by friction and moisture
What Causes Corns ?
Usually pressure on some part of the foot, which can be related to shoes, walking motion, bony feet.
Solutions?
Your doctor or podiatrist may recommend a number of options including orthotics or the application of pressure relief products to the affected area, so the body can heal itself.

Directions:
Apply to a clean and dry area. Carefully separate the pad from its backing and apply by placing the hole directly over the corn or tender spot.

Use the extra small round bonus pad left on the sheet for any tender spot you have where your shoes may rub.
