White glove delivery is available in most metropolitan locations in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth; just add your surburb details to the shopping cart to check avallability for your area, noting that in most areas we offer a 'subsidised freight' service, excluding assembly or set up.

When ordering please consider if you have space availabe to recieve and store these items before arranging your own installation, as the bed bases are both heavy and bulky.

The delivery service is provided by a general freight courier providing  a standard 'to door' delivery, unless easy and direct access to a storage location is available e.g a ground floor garage.  The delivery service is not obligated to assist beyond this point and generally will not enter (inside) your premises. 

For remote areas we may prompt you at the shopping cart to either call or email us, as we are happy to work with you to determine the best option in your area.  In many cases you may have more knowledge of freight agents and removal companies and therefore your local knowledge is invaluable in helping us to secure the best shipping for you.

MATTRESS / BED FRAME DISPOSAL

Many local Councils provide a mattreess collection service or allow the collection of mattresses as part of an annual domestic rubbish clean up.  As all Councils are not the same, it might be wise to check with your local Council to ascertain if such services exist for your local area.  

In some locations in NSW, ACT, VIC and WA a private mattress collection service may be available; bookings can be made through a business called Soft Landing (mattress recycling company).
