The Vulkan Posture Support (similar to the previous Oppo brand) now includes flexible stays and vented orthopaedic elastic strapping for extra support and may be comfortably worn directly on the skin or over a T-shirt. How to Wear:

• Position brace over shoulder and close lower straps in front across abdomen.
• Feed long top straps under arms crossing over at the back and close at front for easy application.

I have used this brace on and off as a means of reminding myself to keep good posture. It is good quality and definitely provides support. I stood much taller wearing it and didn't feel too much like I was being restricted. It does rub under the armpits if you don't wear a soft shirt underneath, however you get used to it.
I did find that the brace did not prevent bad posture after a few days of wearing it - perhaps the elastic stretched, or I just got used to the support. Either way, it works best as an addition to posture exercises, rather than something you wear daily. (Posted on 17/04/2018)
