Bad Backs provides fast delivery to your home or office, with accurate pricing and time estimates.

Bad Backs Shipping Information

We use Shippit Courier Service for shipping almost all of our parcels within Australia.

The Shippit system used within Australia enables us to track your parcel. A signature will be required for confirmation of delivery unless a note is left on your online order confirming alternate instructions.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left. Your parcel will then be taken to your closest collection point.

*Please see delivery estimate timetable below. Note occasionally delays can occur outside of Shippit's control and they will do their best to expedite the delivery of your goods.

For larger items we use General Freight services. A signature will be required for confirmation of delivery. If there is no one to receive the parcel the carrier will leave a card for you to ring their local depot to arrange a suitable time for collection or re-delivery.

The average estimated delivery times after dispatch from our warehouse in Victoria (Australia) are as follows:

NOTE: Some items are custom made and require a longer delivery time.  These extended times are included on the full product description page.

To speed up the delivery process we may at times arrange for a third party warehouse to deliver directly to you, in these cases it may take an extra day or two for these warehouses to process and despatch yor order.

If your item was delivered via Another General Courier, we will advise you of the tracking details.

Unforeseen delays

While we can can control most handling times - we cannot control some unforeseen events including transport delays. Therefore - if for any reason delivery is not received within the times shown in the schedule above, we will not accept any financial liability resulting from the delay.

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow extra time when ordering during December, especially prior to Christmas.
