Heating Instructions:

• 850 watt microwave - On high for 1 minute
• 650 watt microwave - On high for 1 1/2 minutes

* For other wattages adjust time accordingly

• Ensure bag does not prevent rotation of microwave turntable
• After removal of bag, gently knead the bag to distribute the heat. Test on forearm before using on other parts of body
• Dont use in confined spaces that can trap heat, such as under blankets or on bedding
• Do not use in conventional oven
• Do not ingest contents. Do not wrap up
• Heat tolerances vary
