Warranty Information

The EnergyPod comes with a 1-year warranty, additional warranty coverage can be purchased for $895 per year from the Australian importer, and this includes a yearly service visit.

Service Visit Details:

• The warranty on your MetroNaps EnergyPod(s) can be extended for up to ten years
• Your EnergyPod(s) just needs to be serviced on an annual basis to keep your warranty coverage active.
• A service contract includes an onsite visit from a certified MetroNaps technician. The importer provides a comprehensive service check of all moving parts and fixtures, as well as a thorough cleaning and detailing to help keep your EnergyPod looking like new.
• Equipment electronics will be fully tested, and any applicable firmware updates will be loaded so your EnergyPods have the latest programs and music available to your model.
• You will be given access to our new client Usage Reporting where we can generate usage reports.
• Warranty coverage is offered by the master importer at $895 per year and can be purchased yearly or in blocks of 3 or 5 years.

How it all started !

It all began back in 2003, because Metronaps saw people falling asleep: at work, on the train, in all kinds of places. When they first discussed the idea of napping at work with professionals, what they heard most was that nobody wanted to be caught 'sleeping on the job'. This is the firmware that powers the Metronaps device, developed around a scientifically proven principle that a 20 minute nap is beneficial for well being and productivity.
