Description

Designed by an Australian spinal surgeon, ChinUp was created to help improve neck posture which may help with neck pain and overall posture related issues. Designed to limit excessive forward flexion of the neck but still allow movement in other directions. It is recommended that the ChinUp be used twice a day for 15 minutes at a time, and not more than a total of 2 hours a day.

ChinUp stops your neck from bending too far forward which can cause and aggravate neck pain, but it still allows movement in other direction to keep your joints moving.

Designed by an Australian spinal surgeon and bioengineers to be comfortable and easy to use, with its open design, adjustability to suit different neck sizes, and compact size for travelling.

Features:

Ease of use with quick release

Adjustable size

Comfortable Padding

Adjustable height

Comfortable neck band pad

Benefits:

Posture - ChinUp can help improve posture by reminding users to keep their head up. ChinUp can be worn twice a day for 15 minutes, to help promote better posture during day to day activities which may help with neck pain due to text neck syndrome and other forms of neck strain.

Travel - ChinUp can be used during travel when sleeping in an upright position to keep the head up which may avoid neck pain. Compared to other travel pillows, ChinUp has an open design to keep your neck cool and is easily packable into a compact size for maximum portability. ChinUp can be used for the duration of sleep during travel.

Recovery - ChinUp limits too much forward bending of the neck which may avoid over-stretching of the neck muscles, but still allows movement in other directions to keep joint mobility. Additionally, its open design makes it more comfortable to wear and it can be used in dry or wet condition.

3 Suggested Settings:

Work: For posture correction at work, position the ChinUp bridge to only slightly touch your chin but not supporting it when your head is facing forward in neutral position.

Neck Pain: For help with neck pain, position the ChinUp bridge so the chin can rest comfortably when the head is in neutral position looking forward.

Sleeping: When using ChinUp for sleeping in an upright position, the chin can be resting on the ChinUp bridge when head is tilted back against the seat. This stops the head from falling forward when user is asleep.

Place the neck band around your neck

ChinUp
The ChinUp Posture Corrector was designed to help improve posture and reduce back pain. It’s a brace that fits around your upper torso to help straighten the muscles in your neck, back and shoulders.
It works by making it uncomfortable for you to be in a slouching position so you are forced to straighten up, which then helps to retrain the muscles in those areas so they will become strong enough to maintain the proper alignment on their own over time.
ChinUp available online and in Bad Backs stores.
