The Perfect Fit Guide:

You will need to measure the circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee with your knee bent at 30 degrees.
Then measure the circumference of your leg 12 cm below the centre of your knee with your knee bent at 30 degrees.
GenuTrain should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.
