This terrific new Heat & Cold Regular Bag is highly versatile, and can be used like an
old fashioned hot water bottle to provide relief from aches and pains wherever you need it.

Filled with 100% Natural Western Australian Lupin, washable and odour free, it's a huge improvement on the old wheat bags.

To Heat: Place in a 900 watt microwave for 2 minutes only

To Cool: Leave in freezer till ready to use
