Shippit Courier Service
We use Shippit's Courier Network of services for shipping most smaller parcels within Australia. Full tracking is available and a signature is required for delivery confirmation.

General Freight (Larger Items)
For larger items we use a range of General Freight services. A signature is required for delivery confirmation. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a card to arrange collection or re-delivery.
Items: Larger cratons, furniture and equipment

Free Shipping Items
All free shipping offers apply to delivery addresses in Australia Only. Look for items marked with free shipping to save on delivery costs.
Coverage: Australia-wide delivery
Eligibility: Selected items only
Click & Collect
Save on shipping costs by collecting your order directly from one of our stores in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Timeframe: Same day or next business day

📋 Important Delivery Information
Custom Made Items: Some items require longer delivery times - check product descriptions for details.
Third Party Warehouses: We may arrange direct delivery from partner warehouses, which may add 1-2 extra processing days.
No One Home? A notification card will be left and your parcel taken to the closest collection point.
Unforeseen Delays: While we control most handling times, we cannot control transport delays. We will not accept financial liability for delivery delays beyond the scheduled times.
Christmas Period: Please allow extra time when ordering during December, especially prior to Christmas.
Order Processing
Orders are assessed individually and we will choose the best option to expedite delivery ASAP. This may involve shipping from the warehouse, from the stores or from our third party supply partners.
