Director Jonathan Hulme visits Japanese balansĀ® kneeling chair factory
Kneeling chairs are hugely successful concept in Japan, used by children in schools and at home, as well as by adults. By dropping the knees lower than the hips, kneeling chairs encourage an upright sitting position, and restrict your ability to slouch. Developed in Scandinavia in the 1970’s under the balansĀ® brand, Jonathan took time out to visit the Japanese balansĀ® manufacturer in Fukuoka, to discuss distribution of this unique range in Australia.
