• Years 1–3: All spare parts are provided free of charge, including packaging and transport costs.
• Years 4–10: Spare parts remain free of charge, excluding wear parts such as: Upholstery cover materials, foam parts, cushions, castors, surfaces of frames and bases
• Warranty applies in the country of purchase and requires proper order documentation. Damage caused by misuse, inappropriate treatment, or unusual environmental effects (e.g., extreme weather, acids) is excluded. Repairs by unauthorized parties void the warranty.
