Qi Gong

Qi Gong aims to cleanse or purify the flow of qi (the essential life force of Chinese medicine) along the meridians, which are the body’s focal points and channels through which its qi energy flows.

Qi Gong utilises posture, movement, breathing, meditation and visualisation to exercise and regulate one’s mind and body.

This directly and immediately influences a person’s physiological state and, in particular, rectifies physical or mental conditions. This can be achieved through internal Qi Gong, the do-it-yourself exercise or external Qi Gong under the direction of a Qi Gong master.

Qi Gong has combined all of the benefits of physical fitness, yoga and meditation in such a way that it’s accessible to everyone. While deep and effective it retains a sense of balance and comfort.
