The adjustability of the footplate in both height and angle, gives you the ability to exercise your lower extremities to help prevent thrombosis and increase blood circulation. The footplate features three adjustable height levels: 9cm, 12cm or 15 cm, allowing for effortless customisation to meet your needs. The design of the side brackets facilitates easy height adjustments, enabling users to quickly set the footplate to their ideal position. The padded leg bar positioned at a height of 36cm, is designed for massaging the calf muscles, promoting improved circulation, and alleviating tension after long periods of sitting. The bar is encased in soft foam and covered with a high-quality leatherette material, ensuring both comfort and durability. With a diameter of 60mm, the leg bar provides a cushioned yet sturdy support.

Strategically located at the rear of the footrest, when you need to stretch out your legs, the leg bar is easily accessible and is unobtrusive when not in use.

An additional feature of the Ergoapt Stretch Footrest footplate is its inclusion of non-slip rubber ridged foot pads and a textured roller, which work together to provide soothing comfort while simultaneously stimulating circulation.

The textured roller is designed to massage the soles of the feet, this action that can help alleviate tension, fatigue and maintain healthy circulation, especially during long periods of sitting.
